Rossi Carlo Meccanica boasts decades of experience in the production of finished gears for hydraulic pumps for the earthmoving machinery, agriculture, etc. sectors. The technical and process skills and knowledge developed over the years have allowed us to satisfy even the most demanding customers.<\/p>\n

Our technologies allow us to produce cylindrical gears with straight and helical teeth from module 0.5 to module 8 with toothing quality up to grade 5 (ISO1328).<\/p>\n

We also offer an innovative numerically controlled superfinishing process that allows for high repeatability and reliability. Rossi Carlo Meccanica was the first company in Italy to adopt this new, fully automated process for the superfinishing of greases.<\/p>\n

RCM has started an improvement project according to lean production principles to improve product quality and process efficiency.<\/p>\n
